VIP Terms of Service



1.1. Definitions

The term “Memberships” refers to any level of the EMS Clean Car Club.

The term “Member” refers to any individual who has an active Clean Car Club account.

1.2. Memberships & Other Products

Eagle Maintenance & Services USA, Inc. reserves the right to modify the content, type and availability of any membership at any time.

Only one person may use the username, e-mail and password associated with a Clean Car Club account.

Only the vehicle(s) registered to your Clean Car Club Membership can be serviced during your Clean Car Club appointment. Should that vehicle not be present at the time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered missed and you will not be refunded.

For details about your purchases, including payment methods and billing cycles, you must email us at to create an account with our new partner, chargify.

1.3. Processing and Payment

Eagle Maintenance & Services USA, Inc. will process your purchase as promptly as possible. There may be a delay in the activation of your product while payment details are verified.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time.

If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your Memberships, product or access will be terminated. Contact us if you believe your access was terminated in error.

All Charges are non-refundable.

1.4. Pricing

All prices are in United States Dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Eagle Maintenance & Services USA, Inc. reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. We will notify you in advance if the regular rate of a product changes from what was stated at the time of your order. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your Memberships or purchase from that point forward.

When you purchase a membership, the price will be made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes. You also agree to the billing frequency stated at the time of your order.

Applicable taxes may vary. We are not able to notify you in advance of changes in applicable taxes.

If a stated price is determined by us in our sole discretion to be in error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the product at that price. We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made.

Additional Costs

For certain products and Memberships there may be upsells offered. If you select an upsell you will be charged the additional fees for this product. These additional charges will be clearly stated.

1.5. Billing

1.5.1. Billing of Clean Car Club Memberships

We will charge or debit your payment method on the 1st or 10th of every month or, if applicable, at the end of your free trial period on the 1st of the month. Billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your order.

If your first Clean Car Club appointment is prior to your first payment, then you will be charged one month’s membership due on the day of the appointment. (i.e. If you sign up on the 14th and your first appointment is on the 26th, you will see a charge for that appointment and then normal billing will start on the 1st.)

All EMS Clean Car Club Memberships are renewed automatically. When we renew your Memberships, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account.

1.5.2. Currency

The currency in which you will be billed will be stated during the purchase process and is determined based on your billing address.

1.6. Unpaid Charges

If your credit card expires or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your Memberships or product will be cancelled and you will be subject to all applicable charges will apply. This includes bank fees, Early Termination Fees, ect.

1.7. Promotions

We may occasionally offer promotions. The specific terms of each promotion are stated at the time the promotion is offered. Each promotion may be different. Promotions cannot be combined.

Promotions do not have any effect on a member’s Early Termination Fee.

You are required to provide your payment details when you sign up for a promotion. At the end of the promotion, you will automatically be signed up for the related Memberships or purchase that will begin at the end of the promotional period. We will not notify you in advance that the promotion is about to end. To cancel and avoid being charged, you must notify us before the promotion ends.

1.8. Third Parties

If you have purchased your product through a third party, these terms may not apply to you. We are not liable to you for any claims related to purchases made through third parties. Please contact the third party directly.


2.1. Rescheduling of Appointments and Cancellation of Memberships

Rescheduling an Appointment

All appointments must be rescheduled via E-mail. Contact us at If you wish to reschedule your appointment.

You must contact us via E-mail, no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the appointment being classified as “no-show.”

“No-Show” appointments will not be refunded under any circumstance.

An appointment is considered a “No-show” when for some reason, the member has failed to contact us in time for a rescheduling of the appointment, when the correct vehicle associated with the membership is not on the location provided for the appointment, or when we are unable to access the vehicle to perform the service during the appointment.

If we are unable to reschedule your appointment during the current billing period, we will attempt to provide you with two appointments the following billing cycle.

Canceling a Membership

By cancelling, you are forfeiting any further Clean Car Club appointments with EMS and the Clean Car Club Membership associated with your account.

Canceling a membership does not entitle you to any kind of prorated refund.

All accounts created prior to 01/01/2016 are not subject to a Early Termination Fee(ETF)

If you cancel your membership with the EMS VIP Club, within 90 days of its creation then you will be subject to a Early Termination Fee(ETF) which is determined as follows:

The ETF fee will be a one time charge that will be issued to your billing method that you provided.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Memberships for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

2.3. Post Appointment Inspection

Following each Clean Car Club appointment, the service provider will ask the member to examine the quality of the appointment. If there is any dissatisfaction, it will be addressed immediately upon the member’s request.

If a member allows the service provider to leave the appointment location, then the member is hereby acknowledging that they are satisfied with their appointment and therefore will forego any additional corrections for that appointment.
